Introduction
Phil-am Food Mart, Inc has been a family owned and operated business since the 1970s. It was founded by 3 sisters and their husbands. Phil-am has grown from a small retail store, to a restaurant and bakery, to a wholesale company. Phil-am has been a prosperous business throughout the years, but Phil-am Food Mart, Inc. recently subdivided in 2003. It formed 3 subsidiary companies of Phil-am Merchandising; retail division, Casa Victoria; bakery and boutique, and Phil-am Trading, Inc; wholesale division.
Phil-am Trading, which is the wholesale division, has become one of the leading importers of Filipino and oriental foods in the east coast. We import and distribute a wide variety of frozen, canned, dried products, seasonings, and a wide array of grocery products from the Philippines to all the leading retailers and restaurants. Since we buy in mass quantities, our goal is to provide our customers with the best prices so that each of our customers can maximize their profits.
Throughout the years we have built a positive reputation for ourselves by importing brands that are manufactured with care. From the time it is loaded into the container until it reaches our docks, we give pride in making sure that each individual product is packed and handled in excellent condition to put on your shelves. Since we are a family owned and operated business we go the extra mile to insure that each of our customers get the customer satisfaction that they deserve.
We have over a 1000 products in our inventory and always researching to expand our existing product lines. To actually expand we have to travel to the Philippines and find the products that our customers would want. We always say, "If we don't do it, who will." From the hard dedication we earned the rights to be the sole distributors of the brands: Phil-am, Silver Swan, Maalikaya Brand, Pasalubong, Magnolia, Orientex, Turo turo Gourmet, Manila Gold, Pampanga’s Best, Selecta Moo, Fisher Farms, and Selecta Mellorine. In time we hope to expand and continue to bring all the products that you would want.

Distribution
Our goal is to try to distribute all of our products in the fastest, most reliable way. We distribute our products through one of the following options: a trucking service at the client's discretion, pickup from our warehouse, or delivery to neighboring towns in the tri-state area.
Our Team
Sales associates and other warehouse personnel are trained to answer customers' questions about packing, price, and demand. They will try in every way possible to make sure that you get the top quality merchandise that you deserve. Each associate can help you pick the specific products that are perfect for your store or restaurant. Also, if you are a new business, our associates have the expertise to guide you in filling up your shelves.
